Domestic Violence Awareness Month

October 11, 2018 8:12 pm Published by Outer Banks Hotline

Outer Banks Hotline has partnered with the Community Care Clinic of Dare to create a Clothesline Project Display at the clinic during the month of October. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and the purpose of this display is to create a visual statement that honors victims and survivors of domestic violence. Each shirt was created by a survivor and carries a message that is intended to motivate our community to take action to prevent domestic violence. If you or someone you know is involved in an unhealthy relationship, please call Outer Banks Hotline’s Crisis Line at (252)473-3366 for support.
